The common task of calculating how many days there are between two dates is not always easy. DateDiff is the solution to this problem.
DateDiff allows you to easily calculate the exact number of days between two different dates - simply use the two dates (in any order) as the parameters. You can alternatively use the keyword today instead of a date, and DateDiff will automatically assume todays date for you.
DateDiff returns exact calculations - it doesn't approximate. It is fully aware of leap years and differences in the number of days in each month.
